I purchased tires from here about two years ago and later added their tire insurance add-on. Recently, one of my tires got a flat, so I called to see if I still had warranty coverage. They immediately booked me an appointment for the next day and assured me I wouldn't be charged because of my insurance. The Men Are Heroes Since 2002 I've been using Discount Tire (name for locations in TX) and America's Tire (name for locations in CA) since 2002. The story began when I was interning in the middle of nowhere TX, ALONE, and ended up with a flat tire one morning. I just called there three times and somebody hung up on me three times. They won’t even answer the phone! Today is May 9, 2026 and it’s 1:12 PM. I think that is so nonprofessional.
Wait almost 4 hours for 2 tires and I got there 20 minutes after opening. It wasn’t so packed for 4 hours. Plus I told them one of my tires keeps getting flat and I have to keep pumping air. They didn’t do anything about it and I live half an hour from them and I’m very busy so I have to keep pumping air every day until I have time to go back again. Why couldn’t they just look at it like I asked? They were too concerned with installing the two tires
5 stars all the way. I’ve been coming to this tire shop since 2021, and they consistently provide excellent service. The staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient. They take care of everything quickly and make the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find a place you can trust, but this shop definitely delivers every time. Highly recommend!
