Jose and Riki found my lug lock key for my BMW even though I could not find it myself — even after calling the dealership. Saved me a round trip tow to the dealership! The online check in and tire purchase was flawless especially since they had my tires in stock for next day. Quick work - great experience!

This morning I was all wound up over a tire with what I thought was a serious problem. Michael showed exceptional patience in finding the issue and explaining how it wasn't a problem at all and did not require fixing or worrying. It would have been easy for him to upsell a fix or a new tire to ignorant me. I'm grateful for his respectful manner and honesty.
