Well I had planned on leaving great reviews...but this morning ( after a week) I asked if they could change my bed sheets. Told them I'd be gone all day. Got back at 7:30 PM to a bag of sheets at my door! I'm so pissed off! Spent $500 staying here! I've emptied my own trash, brought my own dirty towels for clean ones everyday!! M-Fri and I purchased more days..until Monday! And that's the thanks I get!!?? Change your own sheets???? Take out my own trash again! No toilet paper... Came out and stayed for a wedding with family and friends. The rooms were very clean and the service was excellent.
I did not care for this place. it was clean yes. spacious yes. but the toilet set too close to the floor for my knees to be able to handle. there was no elevators you had to walk the stairs to go upstairs it didn't seem to be handicapped friendly at all. the beds supposed to be Queen might have been a small double if that the. good points I had was it was clean and the rooms were large and spacious. we were able to get a playpen and a cot in our room to help with space.
