Fred is a fabulous receptionist polite welcoming friendly and helpful all that in one Room clean and nice set up. I give A + grade
We stayed in a King room. The best way to describe it is "dingy." The baseboards had visible black dirt (or maybe mold?), and the areas around door knobs and light switches had dark smudges from repeated use. Towels were yellowed. The toilet paper holder was askew and you could see a hole in the wall behind it. The air conditioning unit was quite loud and there was a smell in the room that irritated my husband's throat. Red Roof Inn in St. George has always been a clean, comfortable, welcoming, restful haven for me in between my jobs which take me several different directions. As an epicenter location, I have always had good experiences with my stays at this hotel. The staff, including the cleaning team are always accommodating and respectful.
