Everyone was very kind and helpful EXCEPT for the doctor (after reading reviews, I believe it was Dr. Yarborough) and the person who fit me for my glasses. Asking certain questions, like getting your PD (pupillary distance- just in case the doctor doesn’t want to tell you) for ordering online glasses is apparently a big problem. I had an eye exam for contacts, my contacts were shipped approximately 2 weeks later (trial pair) prompting revisit. I was mailed incorrect lenses, took them back to store in Cary, they assured me a correct set would be mailed out to me. I accomplished eye exam almost 2 months prior, and still no lenses to date

My family and I scheduled visits last week. Everyone was kind and professional. This was our first time doing a virtual visit with the optometrist. We felt comfortable and well taken care with the technician being there to support. We were very satisfied. What sets this place from other opticians was that we did not feel pressured to buy anything. We were given accurate and helpful information and were able to make an informed decision.
