Americas best... More like Americas Worst.......My wife made an eye appointment for my 5y son 3 weeks in advance for this place after his primary doc told us to go here. they call me 3 days before his appointment tell us the doctor now wont see him and there website say that they take children 5 and up, they told us the doctor simply don't want to take a 5 year old when they do take 5 year old's, now I'm scrambling before my son starts school to get this done. this is discriminatory and VERRY unprofessional and a waste of my... read more
This place is the absolute worst I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time or money here. After months of phone calls and excuses, their so-called manager won’t return my call. I’ve told the doctor multiple times that I can’t see, but she still just wrote my prescription. After receiving my contacts, I still couldn’t see. I called Visionworks and got my old script, and she was way off. She wrote my prescription to be better. I’ve never heard of someone’s eyes getting better in my 37 years of living. Friendly environment and staff!
It's been 12 days since I ordered my glasses and I still don't have them. I was told 7-10 days. I just called and was told maybe tomorrow or the day after. I need my glasses!!
