Rudest people I have ever met in my entire life. Was asking genuine questions, Kate was unbelievably rude to me.
I have been going to these guys for about two years and I have bought 4 pairs of prescription glasses in different styles and I have had two examinations and I must stay the customer service from everyone is excellent, I wish every place I do business with was like this. Great job and thank you.

Top to bottom i had a lovely experience at this location. Every staff member i interacted with was kind, pleasent and professional. The staff manipulating the equipment during the pre exam and exam itself were efficient, offering clear instructions at all times.
