First time in 62 years that I needed glasses, so on my wife’s recommendation I decided to use Americas Best. She has always gone to the Waterbury store, but because of time restraints I wasn’t able to get an appointment there and made one here instead. Rudest people I have ever met in my entire life. Was asking genuine questions, Kate was unbelievably rude to me.
I have been going to these guys for about two years and I have bought 4 pairs of prescription glasses in different styles and I have had two examinations and I must stay the customer service from everyone is excellent, I wish every place I do business with was like this. Great job and thank you.
