Very Unprofessional and Incompetent I had a terrible experience at Americas Best. The initial eye exam resulted in a wrong prescription. When the glasses arrived I could not read small print. After a second exam I waited four weeks for the second pair because they were lost. These glasses came in with the the wrong frames. Throughout this ordeal the staff never returned my phone calls. They advertise 2 frames and free eye exam for $79.95-$129.95. I set my appointments online and a lady called to ask if I had insurance and I told her I do but not to worry about it, that I did not know the policy and I didn't think it was worth it. When I showed up she was very insistent about the insurance and said she could find it with my husband's last 4 of social and birth date. She found it.
