I have been since June dealing with incorrect prescription for contacts. Calling store to be put on hold until it hangs up! Most recent was calling to find out why 1 week since my order and still waiting for verification of prescription from their own doctors. Was put on hold for 30+ minutes only to have them close and it disconnected.
