Called the stapleton store for directions, the manager insisted I give my location so she could direct me instead of offering there location so I find the store. She was rude. I would suggest if you need glasses don't go to the franchise business.

Love the hours! Britny ***** the general Manager is very nice and very professional young lady. I have been going to American Best for 2 years; I have no problems. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Starting off this was the worst experience that a first-time ******** at this office could experience. With Covid, I arrived to my scheduled appointment 10 min early because I know we had to do temperature checks and Covid questions. I was checked in and sat in the waiting area. Sitting waiting I noticed the check in girls placing charts in the holding basket to do the 1st part of the exams, and I watched some 3 people come in front of me. I originally went here because my mom made an appointment and I needed one as well so I thought I'd try it out. After the first eye exam, we both were told our eye prescription actually improved which we both thought was strange since mine has only been worse or the same for 30 years. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses and paid over $300. Almost immediately, the lenses started popping out of the frame. I took them back and they tried to tighten them but it kept happening. They eventually stripped the screw out and refused to do anything about it but suggested spending another $300 on another pair after only 3 months. I have had dollar store glasses hold up better than this.

America's Best Vernon Hill, IL is the worst! Not only do you have To worry about a pandemic the lack of customer service is just as scary. Manager Adriana has no customer service and will make customers leave not retain them. They lie to the customers about placing the orders for glasses and even provide follow ups that they will be there soon,... only to find out they lied and didn't even put the order through? I am a professional and expect to be treated as one. I can see now why the current rating is a C and if everyone took the time to write a review it would probably be a F. I had a schedule appointment today at 10:30 am. When I arrived I was told the appointment had been canceled. When asked why? the young lady at the front desk did not know. Complaints on the promo deal on 2 for $69.99 and eta back on completed scripts approx 7-10 days?? Really?? These reviews are pathetic. It should be a crime to be so stupid, seriously. It's common sense that morons don't have. Since I can remember picking up a new script has ALWAYS been 2 weeks if not a little sooner. Getting feelings hurts because you didn't get them back in 7-10 days that means you have bad eye sight just a bad as your brain. they lie! 89.00 special? nope was over 150.00. suppose to get eye exam and 2 free pairs of glasses. nope. total was 211.00! minus the 50.00 promotion 161.00!! they did NOT give me the 89.00 with 2 free pairs. its false advertising!!!!!!!!!!!!! same wiht my sons exam and glasses. rip offs! go somewhere else, you will NOT save any money here!!
