Son bought glasses 4 months ago and the frame broke at spot welded area while cleaning them. Told him if he didn't purchase a warranty they would not replace frames even though their website says 1 yr warranty. Told him he applied too much pressure while cleaning them. A lot of excuses to not support their 1 year warranty that is posted on their website. He's had other glasses and never had this problem before. Cheap glasses and the worst customer service.

Excellent! Dr. Ritu ***** was very professional and thorough during my eye examination recently at the Dewitt, NY location. She referred me for Glaucoma testing, and I felt extremely comfortable with her prognosis and discussion of my treatment options. Nicole also helped me pick out 2 nice eyeglasses at excellent prices. My previous eye exams from Dr. Xiaomin ** over the years have also been spot on. I have been a loyal customer for years!
To bad and cant leave no stars. They are horrible. I took my family to purchase glasses including my mom. They pull my benefits but informed us that we only had a $120 allowance. Since my mom had no insurance and liked her glasses I paid about $440 for her pair. My wife and kids decided to go across the street to another company where they gave us a $300 allowance on frame selections. I ordered lenses WITHOUT anti-glare coating because these coatings don't hold up to extreme temperatures. However, the lenses that I recieved did have anti-glare coating, which wrinkled during a mountaineering trip. My local store ordered replacement lenses, WITHOUT anti-glare coating. However, the replacement lenses also came with anti-glare coating, and again failed in the mountains. My Mother-in-law went to the Pasadena location and the completely messed up the prescription. She wore the glasses for a month just in case it was an adjustment issue. The glasses she bought were not doing what they were supposed to be doing. She went to get a second opinion from another doctor and was given a different prescription and was told that the retinal exam they did at America's Best was in correct as she had some damage on the back of her eyes. Lenses ordered were assembled in wrong frames after waiting two weeks. I was promised the correction would be put on rush order repair. After waiting another week; with still no product, I contacted customer service. They informed me they have no rush service available. I was lied to!! DO NOT BUY HERE!
I had lost my job over 5 years and was in need of new glasses. A friend paid so that i could get new glasses. I was told they'd be ready in 2 weeks. In 2 weeks i went in to pick them up, only to find that they were not correct. They asked me loud enough for everyone in the building to hear, if I was "special needs" patient.
