Dr. Erwin *** at the branch in Macedonia, OH spent the eye exam telling me racist and ageist jokes. There were lots of other reasons why my experience with him was unpleasant and made me doubt the accuracy of my exam results, but dealing with a racist optometrist is far beyond my threshold. I hope America's Best shows that they do not condone racism and gets rid of him. There is 0 excuse for racism - not only is it unprofessional, but perpetuating racist attitudes on any level is dangerous.
This is the second time that I've had a problem out of America's best basically they cut my first pair glasses one pair of them wrong and I had to get them redone over the next time my family what day is it to get glasses each of them got two pairs each they called and said the glasses was ready and they wasn't and they were just so nonchalant about it like it's not a continuous problem this is the second time but it'll be the last for me no more chances for America's best they are terrible they are very
I bought a pair of glasses on July 22,2020 with a paid for one year insurance policy. I picked up my glasses on August 13, 2020. I attempted to replace my scratched lenses on August 10, 2021. they said my insurance was for one year stating on July 22, 2020. I contend that I paid for one full year of protection and only got and only got 11 months. They did not tell me my coverage started on July 22. It should start on the day I picked them up the glasses .
The customer service was horrible the manager in the store of St Louis Park Minnesota by the name of Rob needs customer service training very badly he's not honest he's rude and he has no customer service skills and I will never visit that store again but I will be calling the office again on Monday because I I know for a fact first of all they sold me the display and also I do not have the correct prescription this was the worst experience of an eye exam I've ever had in my life and I've been wearing glasses since I was 10 ... read more
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago for myself and my 96 year old mom. 1 hour before my appointment i got a call from the office saying i will be having a remote appointment. I told them i had never heard of that. they explained that i would not be seeing a doctor, that i would be talking to a doctor on a computer screen. I asked to speak to a manager. I have a problem with my eye and really need an exam immediately. I needed contacts, and 2 pairs of glasses with High index, plus some nice frames, and this lady cancelled my appointment for 4 min. My appointment was at 4:40 p.m. the young lady said she had to cancel my appointment because I was going to arrive at 4:54 p.m. due to traffic on Macland Road. ******** service with Maria Toro was full of sales talk, upgrades, and membership signup. My order for contacts was "lost in the mail". I have waited over 30 days and the store has still not received them. The submission of the order is the responsibility of the sales rep who seemed more interested in commissions than the responsibility of her job. If you don't like the corporate feel, waiting on hold for over 20 minutes, talking to several different employees, and getting lost in the confusion, than avoid America's Best.
I WOULD LIKE MY 1 PAIR OF GLASSES TO TRANSITION CORRECTLY,after 3 TIMES SENT OFF TO YOUR LAB!!!!!! THAT'S ALL!! First off, within a week of receiving both pair "buy 2 pair promotion" the poly aspheric transition glasses were SCRATCHED all to h*** I was told I can send in that pair of glasses to the lab now or wait till just before the end of the warranty & put up with scratched glasses for a year in case they break in that time period. I purchased glasses and contact lens from America's Best Connecticut Ave Location. The customer service was HORRIBLE!!! The Location ******** I'd give it 0 stars, but I have to write a review. On my exam visit in April 2021 at the Connecticut Ave location. (Mine I haven't had a new pair of glasses in 3 years).
