The optometrist at this location *************************, O.D. is a very rude, incompetent and negligent person. He prescribed a set of glass that had worse vision than the glasses worn by my 93 year old father. The actions of *************************, O.D. with my father ***************************, a 93 year old person is totally elder abuse. America's Best is what I consider having false advertising business practices. They advertise $79.95 including free eye exam and glasses, but when you want to purchase glasses, they are excluding the frames in there and want to charge extra for the frames. The ad states - complete pair of eyeglasses, including frames and prescription lenses, but they do not honor that and instead try to charge for frames. Trying to get a manager at *************** location to answer to this proved impossible.
I had to get a eye exam for my driver's license, went on the *********, said it would be a week, waited another week, nothing, then found out they didn't order my contacts till July 11 , 2022 , still no contacts , then got a call saying my contacts were delivered, today is July 26th. 2022, so called the ****************** branch which they atre to send that branch, I have never had a problem with a eye place like this company, people needs to be aware of this company, they don't know what they are doing, I will NEVER go back... read more
I Have been to several Americas Best stores in my life. The price is what originally **** me in. Ive never had a bad experience or nothing to write an outstanding review about until now. Worst place ever. Over priced, eye exam 5mins. Wrong script. Don't waste your money.
I saw a commercial on tv stating 2 pair of glasses for $*****. Upon arrival checking in I was informed the price was ***** I stated about the price on TV I was informed by a person not the receptionist do I want the new price and exam or not. I saw the commercial on July 1st. So I was there not happy but moved forward at *****. ironic I'm in the waiting area and the commercial runs on the America Bests own TV at *****. imagine my surprise their own TV is running the same price I saw on a commercial. Drove 30 minutes only to find out that they have a mask policy. I don't wear a mask, EVER. Doesn't matter. It's the corporate policy. Nothing Is written on their website about this. Needless to say, I left.

I bought two pairs of glasses, one of them wasnt aligning with my eyes. Returned it for an adjustment.Nobody responded on whether the glasses were fixed. Went back to ask for the glasses, was told they dont know where the glasses are because I as a customer didnt follow up. I called corporate , i was told that it was my mistake as a customer as I am the one to blame for glasses being lost as I didnt follow up with them...
