The manager up there Tonya I seen her using docs pad for her own personal script and some not all of the woman up there never do no work they are always in the break room constantly it's really un professional and I had a appointment early in the morning and they was late both days I had the appointment! Sad this is the worse America's best I been to and would not recommend it to no one! Really lazy atmosphere! Hope someone else has a good experience but I doubt it!#poorservice #poormanagment
My experience was good but my husbands was not so good. We had appointments back to back but his took an hour longer. They kept calling people in front of him until I had to say something.
I been goin g here since 2009. I've had good experiences and bad. but the good out weigh the bad. plus the only bad part is sometimes there is a long a wait to do your actual appointment. other then that i go every year or 2.
I just went for my eye check up and yes i have to have bifocal but the sign says buy one get one well i only got one pair unless i wanted to payout a lot more money for the free pair lol.well anyway I'm waiting to pick up my one pair in ten days for $360 something dollars and will nit go back there ever again
Great customer service! Sabrina replaced the nose pads after the screw fell out. She was awesome, thanks again.
Just want to know why they advertise 99.00 for bifocals they charged me 198.00 last week ask and could or would not explain next time I'll use a lot cheaper and just,as good quality
Awful service, employees were arguing over what the sale noted. We walked out, and will never go back. Rude people there!
Been going to Americas Best for over 10 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I have got great service and the employees are so friendly.
