Sent my husband in for an eye exam with our insurance card. He came out paying MORE than if we didn't use the insurance. Wish I knew how these people get away with charging people hundreds for cheap plastic products. This place is a total rip off. They fast talk people with a bunch of "discounted" figures and then stick them with a huge bill. Our family has been going to AB in RH since 1995! The glasses are a great deal & joining the contact plan saves us more than if we had insurance! Always helpful!
They were running behind but the Dr was great and the 2 guys that helped with my glasses were great
Went in yesterday for my eyeglass exam and everyone I encountered was so friendly! I was on and out in a timely manner. Dr. Evans great! They ladies and gentleman who helped me order my eyeglasses were wonderful as well. They even helped me save some money by seeing if it would make a difference by adding me to the club. They really went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. I made an appointment online and when i came there it was very fast. Just filled short form, wait about 10 minutes for lenses exam than another 10-15 for eye exam. Dr was professional, friendly and all service was great, staff was professional and helpful also. Got two glasses, pare of lenses, definitely recommended!
I went in the other day and I'd say my experience went well. It was my first time going here for the two pairs with a free eye exam. With the amount of people they had waiting to be seen and only one Dr I'd say I was in and out in a timely manner. The staff I dealt with were very friendly and I'll definitely be going back. Hopefully I'll be getting my glasses soon. They said two weeks and it's been nine days so I'll post an update on promtness.
Nicest and most professional associates I've ever dealt with ... I will definitely return
