The wrong contacts have been ordered twice now for me. Was told that I said the trial pair worked fine, I did not say this because she didn’t have my exact prescription so I was given something close to get me by until the actual prescription came in. Ok. Understandable. But when I got the first pair it was the wrong brand. I didn’t even take the boxes and had the order the correct brand that they shipped to my house. They try and nickel and dime you to death with hidden costs and fine print.
got the 2 pair and free exam! had to send back the glasses cause the presription was read wrong. then asked for a refund because I wasn't getting the glasses and they charged me 40$ for the free exam!! wtf
I received excellent customer service the minute I walked in. I was taken back by my eye appointment time and then my contact lens exam. The whole process took about an hour from checkin to checkout. Ended up spending $170 for the test, contact lens exam, a pair of glasses, and the doctor wrote out my prescription as they would have had to order my contacts. I will definitely recommend to friends.
I used to love this place. I have recommended it to others. Things have changed. The last few times we have been there have been a confusing and aggravating experience. Competence of support staff is questionable at best. The eye doctors seem knowledgeable and thorough but dealing with the other folks has become a joke.
