I am now looking for a place to get an eye exam. I had a 3:30 appointment, was never greeted, walked around waiting to be acknowledged only to see a pile of people go to the counter and get taken care of. Last time I looked I was not invisible. Finally went back to the counter only to have her ask a woman next to me..who was just walking in, "Do you have an appointment?" I was there for 2hrs only to be told after my exam that they didn't have a trial pair of contacts for me & i would have to order them & takes 14 days...if i had known that, I would not have come here...i need them this wknd...this was definitely a waste of gas and my day off

The place at El con Mall in Tucson is not good either. The Dr was great! As well as Penny & Melissa. Anyone else there do not know what they are doing or care to learn. I've had my new glasses adjusted 3 times & they are still not right.
Had an appointment for 545 didnt get seen until almost 7 then the dr said my astigmatism would fix itself and only prescribed me reading glasses, told me i didnt need them for distance, even though i wear them for distance. Now my eyes are straining so much i am getting migraines that are making me throw up and it hurts to even keep my eyes open. I dont have time to lay around with my eyes closed. I have now fallen behind in my school work bc i can't look at the computer for a long time.
We are sitting here now for an hour, I went to the one in Roanoke that's where I should've taken my daughter. The people so far are rude and we had an appointment, WHAT IS THE POINT IN MAKING ONE???? The one in Roanoke is 10 times better!!!! They had no appts available until the end of the month which is the only reason she made an appointment here, won't happen again!
