Saw Dr. Kahn and he was awesome. I prefer a Dr. who is direct and honest vs. a doctor that sugar coats everything. He was well worth the visit. Overall the entire visit was pretty good. I was a bit frustrated with spending 3 hours there but the friendly staff made the wait more tolerable. All of the staff we dealt with were super friendly and patient with us as well. As long as my glasses are correct when they come in, I can say that I won't hesitate to be back next year.

I made an appt at this location because the one in Danville didn't have a sat appt for another week. After my eye exam the Dr took my chart out and he told me I would be called by a sales associate to pick out my glasses. Well an hour and 15 minutes I still wasn't called and a lady that had just sat down after her exam was called to the sales floor along with a couple more that had apps after me. I recently got the two-pairs-of-glasses-and-an-eye-exam-for-$69.95 deal - it is awesome, and so are the people who work at America's Best in Lynchburg! They were kind, on time, helpful, knowledgeable, etc. I would absolutely recommend them, and I can't think of a reason to go anywhere else!

Appointment was at 2:10pm..i left after 5:00pm...after getting the pre-exam i sat and waited 2 hrs after watching people that came in after me go in and out..when i asked why, i was told that my name was called (it wasn't) and someone went in for my exam (not me). AFTER they done " the fake me " eye exam they some how miraculously realized it wasn't "the real me" BUT THEY STILL DIDN'T TRY TO SEE IF I WAS STILL THERE OR NOT! You would think that for a company that only deals in eye wear you would get your eyeglasses within 24hrs. Not 10 business days. I found that the 2 pair of glasses and a free exams for $59.95 is not true . It cost me $215.00 for one pair of bifocal. I could have gone to Walmart and got them in a week for less money

I'm always willing to take the good with the bad. There was difficulty on Tuesday getting a fax from my eye physician. Wednesday I called to see if it had come in. I was told it was, and my file would be waiting. When I got to AB today, there was no prescription. I was so willing to overlook what appeared to be an error on the part of the person who told me it had come. However, I am not willing to accept the rude, dismissive attitude of BREE.
