They screwed up our appointments and overbooked the doctor so they couldn’t fix it. Claimed I didn’t confirm 1 out of the 4 appointments
The worst customer service. I was told one thing then after my exam I was told something totally different. When two employees went to get the store manager to help she wouldn't come to the front. Just said she was on a conference call. They employees clearly had no idea what to do to solve the issue! I waited over 30 minutes and the Manager never came to address the issue. Unbelievable!!!
I totally recommend Dr. Khan. I saw him years ago and I swear hes the only optometrist that's ever listened to me fully and completely. He truly cares about his patients and takes his time. That quality alone is very hard to find. So glad I found him again!
Know your insurance and have proof when dealing with these people. They will try to get as much money out of you as they can. Told me I didn’t have insurance and after I told them I was only paying the $10 copay that I knew I had, they “found” where I had coverage but then they still lied about how much I had which I wasn’t sure of until after I checked into it but that was too late. Don’t trust this company!
though there is a little upcharge if you want actually decent lenses, they DON'T charge for prisms and diopters! other places I've gone to have charged me 5 or even 10 dollars each for them As someone with 10 prisms total in my lenses, it gets really expensive! I'm so glad and happy for ABC&E, they don't seem to extract even more money out of us for our prescription needs! oh, and to add to all this, they were booked solid a month out but called me when they had a cancelation. I waited 2 hours to be seen when I had an appointment, then it took another 2 just to get my stuff ordered because they were so unorganized and rambling around. They mailed me the wrong contacts. They refused to mail the right ones to me. Then they didn't even call me when they were delivered to the store; I had to call and complain about how long it was taking for them to tell me they were actually delivered 5 days ago. 🤬
