I walked in a hour before closing and a short Hispanic woman with fake long eye lashes was at the reception desk. I walked in did NOT greet me, and had a attitude. I'm not sure if it was because she had a long day at work and it was an hour before closing. BUT that still is not an excuse. She did not smile and of course told me my glasses couldn't be fixed nor even tightened. Didn't even bother trying! I'm sorry but, that's the worst customer service I've ever experience anywhere.
WORST experience ever !!! Such a hassle to order some contacts ... thankgod I got my refund.
Great service and very helpful in making sure I get full use of my vision benefits with out breaking my wallet. 🤓🤓
It was a great place very helpful. One thing I would say is that we called before coming in and making an appointment to see if they accepted Care credit and was told that they did. Spent all day there and got to the final part, paying after being there all day to find out they in fact DO NOT take care credit. The store manager apologized and that was about it. Disappointed with that part of the experience.
I needed to get glasses for the first time yesterday. Everyone was helpful and friendly but, I especially appreciated Danielle taking time to help me find frames that I liked.
This place Rocks... Very nice place to go to. Very very affordable prices for the non insured. The staff and the Dr took time with you and did not rush... I love the clerk who checked me with my glasses. Jameria is very polite young lady, with a great sense of humor. Im for sure spreading the word about this place.
