Horrible customer service border line rude. The store is empty and still had to wait just to cancel my order which. I don't see why you can't just call and cancel especially with covid.

This place needs a management team with some brains. Totally incompetent and lack self awareness. They have zero respect for your time. I won't be back and you should take your money elsewhere as well.
Variety of adult and kids glasses
I give this place a 3 because of the doctor. I took my daughter there to get her prescription. They said that she did not need glasses anymore even though I told them she has worn them before. They referred us to a neurologist and she was put on meds to see if it helped. I was hesitant so we were able to get back in with Dr. Juarez at TSO who put my daughter back in glasses at a little stronger prescription. Now I am getting the glasses through America’s Best and those ladies are very helpful. We will not be using the doctor... read more
Very clean building with very polite and prompt associates.
Great place. The dr is amazing and the staff friendly. Best eye exam I have received ever and I’ve wore glasses 26 years now. Best contact exam around price wise and their eyeglass prices can’t be beat Not sure why all the negative reviews, I highly recommend it.
