The Dr. Is great but as soon as I have to deal with the front office they are subpar in customer service and they keep ordering the wrong prescription!
All bad. Wait times are excessive, and the staff really does not seem to care about an essential human function and getting you taken care of. Messed up my prescription on my glasses, plus having issues with contacts as well. The lady proceeded to make me feel stupid saying it HAS to be the fit, which turned out was fine. The optometrist was the only pleasant part, as he quickly adjusted my prescription by performing a few simple tests (a different optometrist helped me originally). This doesn't have enough space to write all of the horrible problems I have had here. But there is a girl I think her name is Toshia or begins with a T. She's great!!! She was very sweet and she's got great customer service.
