I had a problem with my new lenses so I went back. Beverly helped me and she was very thorough and supportive. Problem solved! I have always been happy with their service.
Totally false advertising, went in for the 69.99 deal or whatever, not one pair was that price. The first 2 pairs I tried to get were an additional fee of $100 dollars, ended up with what I didn't want. Felt ripped off after I left. Everyone else was kind and professional or I would have given no stars.
THE worst customer service. Terrible receptionist who couldn’t even look up at us to smile or say hello. Super long wait time to see someone who could order my husband’s glasses. Then, that woman had no knowledge of the products and treated us as if we were bothering her by being there. Lastly, I call 2 weeks after ordering glasses to see if they were in (which they were!), but no one called to let us know (like they said they would).
