Recommendedfriendly staff, helpful in answering any questions i had, and fairly quick service even with the coronavirus precautions. i got my first prescription here 9 years ago and love this place! America's Best, you guys are great! 😁😁😁🥰
this has got to be the worst place in tacoma to get eye examination done .. they chaged extra for something that has been included with every exam i have ever had ... they are slow .. they didn't want to do what we wanted they tried to sell us stuff we didn't need ... won't return to this place
The workers don’t explain anything and when they mess up they still expect you to play for there mistake...I been coming to the same location since 2016 and never had an issue till I decided to get contacts and had the most issuses
they got me in the next day which was great but the service was more like Walmart
Worst place ever. They are constantly behind schedule and don’t even tell you about it until you go up to ask after waiting an hour past your apt time! I hate coming here but they’re cheap so I have to for now.
I'm amazed reading the reviews! i had a GREAT experience (jan 2019) on a weekday afternoon (1.30) with an appointment. i even brought my 1 year old which i was nervous to do but didn't have a choice. The 2 for 70 +/- was great!! i needed an exam & glasses so this covered both! This deal doesn't cover specially lenses, just basic plastic lenses but when you're on a budget like myself, this is fantastic! I've been trying since I was there to get my prescriptions sent to me. I've called (in October 2018), I wrote in November 29 and just got that letter request back today (Dec 26), and I called and was promised to have them sent me (this was over 2 weeks ago this time). So NO I'm not impressed. I still haven't hear one thing from America's Best. I'd still like my Prescriptions sent to me. I wanted bifocals, I got 2 pr readers finally after that mix up.
