These people really care, I had a slight problem, and they responded with listening and came up with solutions. Where else could I go and experience this amount of caring! America's Best is the right choice, and will be my choice from this day forward.

Two pair of glasses for $69 and it up being almost a $600 purchase very disappointed
Friend, fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. Got two pairs with transitions and anti glare for an amazing price you couldn't get anywhere else!
Asked for the $69.95 promo and paid $85 instead of $69.95. Even got frames that were less expensive than the $59.95 that's needed for the promo. Also very expensive for transitions/bifocals. Husband wasn't able to get bifocals because it would be $600 with bifocals and transitions. Transitions for only 1 pair of frames cost $128.

Just because you open at 9 on Saturday doesn't mean you have to call people that early on a weekend.
Worst customer service! They do not honor their own replacement agreement. The 2 pairs of glasses we got as a promotion of 2 for $69 and some change cost us $296 and have broke twice. The "special lenses" they insisted we needed shattered and they are blaming us. Never ever go to these people! Criminals have been more honest to my face! I can't express how upset these people have made us. A costumer service rep even had the nerve to flirt with my husband with me sitting beside him. Disgusting!
