I never ever write reviews. But I’m so annoyed with this establishment. Waited over six months due to COVID which is understandable. Finally called and got an appointment. I called and scheduled a month and a half ago. My appointment was supposed to be today they called and canceled. I took my broken glasses in two weeks ago and they told me to just wait until my appointment. “Don’t bother you’ll get new ones soon.” I waited. RecommendedWorst eye place to go to!! They have coupons out that they DO NOT HONOR... the woman at the front desk of the Frederick Maryland location, Hates her life and couldn’t even be happy if she tried!! Their coupon is nothing more than a fishing lure in!! Please save yourself the time drama and hassle and just go elsewhere!!

I went to America’s Best the first time this past Tuesday. And I had an amazing experience. The front desk ladies are very nice & helpful. I didn’t have to wait a long time to be taken back. The Tech, Sharon, was so nice & made me feel at ease. The doctor was amazing!! She made me feel relaxed & just overall a wonderful doctor. The selection of frames was wonderful.
