I just recently placed an order for glasses and went to your location tonight to pick up my glasses. I understand you close at 7 pm and I got there a few minutes before 7. (6:57 to be exact) the lady sitting at the front desk ignored me for sometime before she said we are closed and I replied back to her that it’s not even 7 yet. waited 3 weeks for appointments. they decided to call today to cancel all 6. and want us to wait another 3 weeks. Called corporate they are just and ignorant as the woman on the phone.
I've been going to Hagerstown location for years. I love their fast friendly services. Prices aren't bad either! Showed up an hour and a half early and they still got me in right away!
So I need glasses, my temple broke, and I googled glasses in Hagerstown. America’s best popped up. So I called and talked to a very nice lady who said come ride will get you in. I was in the mall already, and pulled up to America’s best. When I went inside, The two ladies at the desk told me they can’t take me now, can I come back in a couple of hours. Thank you for my glasses. Love your prices and all of you are so nice. This is my second experience with you and I'm highly satisfied both times.
Worst customer service. Called to reorder my contacts, the lady on the phone was very rude and said I had to come in. When I went into the store the first lady I encountered rolled her eyes twice and was huffing and puffing the whole time. What should have taken 5mins to reorder contacts took me an hour. The lady got to the end of the process and she realized she put ALL of my insurance information into someone else's account and she had to start over. I will never deal with Americas best again.
