I just want everyone to DOUBLE CHECK what they do with you as a consumer and or "PATIENT" . . Horrible experience and everyone was like oh now big deal. IT WAS A BIG DEAL they had the wrong chart for me and I would have gotten the wrong script if I HAD NOT CHECK MY CHART MYSELF. I will not go into detail as I have read the response "America's best" from the other reviews so I already know what it will be.
Staff is rude!! No sense of customer service. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave no one acknowledges/appreciates your presence. They said "can I help you". And that was the end of their "customer service" You are just another $$$$$.. They call you only by your last name like you're in the military-nothing wrong with being in the military- they give you commands -sit there, read this....no one introduces themselves. Took great care of my son. School notified us his vision was not meeting standard. They did an eye exam & he got 2 pair of glasses for the price they advertise, but he wanted a Nike pair so we paid the additional fee.
Fast and great glasses !! Glad to have found this place!
Brought my elderly mom's there today. Loved how she was treated! Dr spent extra time discussing the need for cataract surgery so mom could understand. THEN I got my hubby bifocal lenses with name brand frames, all for 149.00! MUCH less than other places we've gone!
I haven't had an eye exam since I was a child. Everyone was nice, even though they were busy. I ended up needing glasses. A nice lady helped me choose my frames, understand my insurance and figure out which lenses would best suit my needs and budget. I would say I had a great experience.
This place was a joke I went in for two pair for $69 and left owing &149 for one pair it has been more than 10 days and no-one has called to tell me that there ready and I had to get the cheapest glasses that they had because I didn't expect the huge bill
