Just got here a few minutes ago all the way from Greenville for my 5:30 Appt. When I checked in they had messed up and scheduled me for 5 instead. I spent gas money I didn't have just to be turned away. There were 5 other employees literally just sitting around talking but they said they were too busy tonight to squeeze me in.
Great customer services love my new glasses America best
The customer service is awful! Didn't see one Happy customer in the store. Staff rude, takes forever to get your glasses. After wearing them twice the frame broke. They were supposed to order new frames, took two and a half weeks and still got the frames from the wall! Find another store.
Everyone was super friendly and got me in and out with my eye exam. Employees were very patient when I was selecting my eye glasses, because I'm extremely picky and indecisive. I really did enjoy my experience at America's Best!
NEVER GO! Customer service was beyond terrible had an appointment at 3 PM was 20 minutes early waited over an hour to find out they forgot to pull my daughters chart. The lady who's fault it was didn't even bat an eye!!! The dr kept seeing us sitting there never said a word. I should have known there was going to be a problem, the receptionist even laughed when we checked in and looked around and said mhmm did I already pull her chart, oh whoops lol. Loved spending an hour of my time sitting there wasted and now have to wait... read more
Dr. Dolan is great! She is kind, caring, and pays good attention to detail. I will definitely come back because of her. I will not come back and buy glasses from you because your prices are ridiculously high.
