I worked for America’s Best as an Assistant Manager and I understand why Rockwall seems to fail at customer service. Employees are overworked, undertrained, and not cared for. Upper management only cares about revenue. Customer service isn’t a priority even when it’s told it’s top priority. I left because I didn’t like their values and went to work for a private optometrist, who’s top priority is customer service, well trained employees, and value the team members. Horrible customer service. And you clearly overbook. I went through hell to get to this appointment and I was late. I get it. By 12 minutes. But to turn me away with broken glasses? Reschedule while I have a toddler and a husband who works late? It was already a later appointment two days after I made it. Forget it. If you need convenience go elsewhere. This company will never have my business. This is the second America’s I’ve felt were either not knowledgeable or completely uncaring.
