I purchased prescription eye glasses in Roanoke VA and been very dissatisfied. I spent out of pocket $200 & my insurance paid the balance. They could never get them adjusted where I could read close up. I would have to cock my head back and still was not strong enough to read. I gave up after the second time and didn't get any of my money back. The ladies do a good job picking frames but the company that actually does the prescription sucks! Tried to have several of the family seen two weeks from now. Got a call last Friday and they moved it another two weeks. Got a second call and they again wanted to move it. The caller got rude when I stared this was the second call I received. Will find somewhere else to go to get our eyes checked. Keep this up and there will not be any customers.
