They got the bifocal to High said they could fix it by grinding down didn’t fix the problem . Paid for peripheral vision it’s messed up from grinding down . Looks like I’m looking through a fish bowl
Made an appointment and saw the doctor. Talked to the staff and did not want my eyes dilated as I was by myself and needed to drive home myself. After seeing the doctor she insists they need to be dilated. She stated my eyes needed surgery and I had detached retinas. I explained my condition but still she insisted and did it anyway. Finally she says everything was fine even though that’s what I tried to explain to her before. First trip - 4 hours. Exam, lenses/frames ordered. Second trip - 3 hours, and just for contact lens fitting. A phone call to let me know the replacement contacts had arrived never came. (I’d called several times to be put on hold for 5+ minutes, and hung up). Third visit - 3 hours, just for another contact lens fitting. I watched several people go ahead of me. waited forever and the price they advertised exam and 2 pair of glasses for $69.00 nope..what a let down i walked out with 1 pair and $300.00 bill..not $69.00 like ad said
