We were scheduled for a 12:30 appt, and got here at 11:59, thinking that if not taken early, our appt would at least be on time. At 2:29 pm, we are finally waiting to be checked out. Have been standing at the desk for 10 minutes and have yet to even be acknowledged.
I went there for the $69.00 exam and glasses. I ended up paying almost $300.00 for my glasses. Other people have said they paid the $69. I don't know why I had to pay so much .
I’m currently a college student and since there was no America’s Best best my college I had to go back home to go to an appointment to get more contacts. My appointment time was 12:15, the follow up exam took no time but while I was waiting for them to pull my prescription there were seven women on the clock that day, two of those women were actually seeing people, the other three were either talking to each other, at their cars, in the break room, or taking a smoke break and did not once check on another person

Very slow maybe they need to do what they say they are going to do!!
After waiting a month and a half for my appointment we show up today for them to tell me that they can’t see you six-year-olds only seven years and up! That place is a joke!
Sat in the waiting area for two hours past my appt. time. Screw America’s best
I am waiting here one hour almost past my appointment time. To have my eyes rechecked because they ended up worse at the physical with the prescription I was gave.
Went for 1st time today and was nervous because of the bad reviews. However, Dr Patel and all the staff up front (Christina and Lindsey in particular) were so very nice! Fast? No. I was there for 2 hours, but for the price I didn't mind. Christina was very helpful and honest about picking the right frames for my face.
