I ordered glasses on January 4,2017 wasn't told how long it would take to come back so I am still waiting.I am not sure if it takes longer since they are lined bifolcuars.other than that the staff was very nice and helpful.
This one of the worst experience ever. The waiting area was dirty. Leaves had blown in and was all over the floor. No one seem to be organized. I arrived an hour before my appointment due to transportation problems. I completed my paperwork and was told to browse around and look at frames. No one never said once you need to sat in the back. People just walking in and going straight back at 5:40 p.m. I have been there for an hour. Finally I walked back to the back Doctors standing around just talking . I waited 4 plus weeks on an appointment, then after taking off from work to go to my appointment, they inform me that they had rescheduled me. I asked why they did not call me, they said they had called but felt they had the wrong number. I had provided them with my work number since my appt was during work hours. Her response to me when i said that is my work number was to cover her mouth as to say oh opps! So apparently, she never even asked if i was at the number provided. Had an appointment at 10:30, at 11:20 we hadnt been seen yet so we asked and they couldnt find our paperwork that we filled out. Noone bothered to ask us anything the entire time we waited. I think the office manager failed her job to make sure that everyone was getting taken care of. We left after asking. Noone seemed to care ' Just sorry about that is all we got as we left.
Love this place, staff is great. I had to replace a pair of my glasses because the coating started coming off on one lens no hassles and even offered new frames too :) I have a difficult prescription and they did a great job no problems! Highly recommend
Amazed at the no hassle replacement. Walked in with my receipt told the representative what my issues were with my lenses and frames. Couple of clicks at the computer, no interrogation and a big smile and just like that I was done. Advised it would be about 10days. Easiest Haskell free transaction! Definitely recommend America's Best Roanoke! Well done.
