Had an appt today, staff wasn't friendly at all. I question the dr's credibility of what he was doing cause he first told me that the glasses I had were overcorrected then said I had an eye injury when in fact I know I haven't ever. They he said my RX hasn't changed for new glasses! A wasted trip and a dr that contradicted himself in what he told me. Would NOT recommend to anyone!
My first time at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, I showed up early to fill my paper work, had time to pick 2 pairs of glasses before I was called to get my eye's checked. Ordered my glasses. I waited a little over a full week. I can see good from my new glasses! Everybody that helped me was very helpful and nice! Thank you! :)
Mind you, I am still waiting to be fitted for glasses but the staff has been nice so far - a bit busy but never too busy to crack a smile and chuckle. The doctor was quite nice, very quick and professional but sociable enough to cut up and distract me from my nerves. Overall a positive experience, especially for what I will end up spending today.
I went to America's Best after searching for the best deals in Hartselle/Decatur/surrounding areas and decided their eye care club was the best deal. Well, they are not very professional at all, and after 2 weeks, they called and told me my contacts were ready. Twice. So I go all the way to huntsville from Hartselle expecting to be leaving with contacts only for them to tell me I'm just paying for them and they will be ready in 2 weeks to pick up.... why couldn't I pay for them when I had my eye exam????? The Huntsville, Alabama store they're very rude. Totally unprofessional. Worse service. I don't recommend that store. Know the Appleton, Wisconsin store the staff is amazing very professional and I'd recommend them to anyone
