My experience with this company has been one of the worst customer service encounters I have even had. I ordered glasses in October and after receiving the incorrect RX in them , multiple trips into the store (having to take off work for), various excuses why, and now on Jan 8 (3 months into trying to get correct glasses) I finally insisted on a refund. The doctor was great. I didn't get to use my full insurance benefit. I put 2 pair of glasses up on her desk. My husband and I decided one pair should carry the light lens and to order the other one just normal. I went back to get them. They couldn't find the other pair. After much research we discovered she didn't order the second pair and insisted I didn't want a second pair. Which I did want one and had leftover insurance to use and cash to pay.

I have been going to the same eye doctor since I was about 5 years old and never really thought about going anywhere else. I saw an ad online about America's Best and did a little research and was pleased with what I saw, so I set up an appointment. My appointment was at 1:10 but I was told to get there early to fill out paperwork, so I walked in the door right about 1 o'clock. Been coming for years and finally thought I’d leave a review. Had an appt for 920 and was back starting the exam on time. Anyston was great except for her houndstooth coat. Dr. Baker was thorough and explained things well. But the kicker was the last lady. She worked my insurance to get me the best price. Olivia, you were great. War Eagle! It’s been good service every year I’ve been but this crew was tops. Just thought I’d give them a review because they deserve it
I have never in my life had such poor customer service, we scheduled an appointment online showed up for our appointment to be told they double scheduled and couldn't see us, so we left scheduled another day, we were running a few minutes late, called to let them know and because we were 3 minutes late they refused to see us. They did nothing to compensate us for their mistake the first time and then offered 10% off for this time (which is standard discount that anyone can print off their website)
Well, I was going to go see them as I need some contacts. However when I called to see if they had appointments available today or this weekend they put me on what was supposed to be a brief hold. 7 Minutes later, I decided this wasn't so brief and hung up the phone. Guess I wasn't meant to go see them.
Worst experience. Have been three times and have yet to get the right prescription. I'm ready to get our money back and take our business elsewhere. First time and last time using this company.
