I need to find somewhere to be seen for eye glasses but after reading the reviews for the Oxford, Al and Huntsville, Al offices, I will have to keep searching.
I have visited this office several times I even purchased my Ray-Bans sunglasses from Hope who was very helpful. When I had warranty or scratch issues they took care of it for me. I don't live in this area but every time I come by I always stop by. Josh McCoy the general manager of the store is amazing when it comes to customer service he has gone over and Beyond to help me out.
I normally dread going to Americas Best but this location is the best so far. I hate having to wait over an hour to be seen at at this location I filled out the paperwork and went straight back. The staff was friendly and the eye doctor was wonderful.
If I could give 0 stars I would!! I will never go back to this place again ever!! I walked in to my appointment today 7 minutes late due to circumstances out of my control and was told the Dr. said I was late past the 5 minute grace period and wouldn't be seen, but I could sit and wait to see if an appointment didn't show up and then the Dr would see me!!!
