Discriminatory to those with exemptions for wearing a mask. It's disgusting and wrong that people can't get vision care without damaging their health in other ways. My husband walked in and was refused to be seen or even make an appointment.

This may be just my experience... but This has had to be the best customer service I’ve received in a very very long time from just any general location. Dr Boyd was just so funny, he made this experience one of the best for me and he put me in such a good mood with his wonderful personality!!! The other ladies Connie, Erin and the other young lady were just super helpful and cheerful!! Karen from the front was also very kind, knowledgeable! Thank you!!
The location on Clinton Hwy has below average customer service. Brought my prescription in and was looking for new frames etc. The lady who helped had the personality of a wet dish rag. Long story short, found the frames I wanted got the order filled. Went back several days later to pick them up and was told by a gentleman with what appeared to be a mullet to have a seat and wait. 20 min later he came back to the front desk, opened a drawer and retrieved my glasses. My husband and daughter (5 years old) have both gotten two new pairs of glasses each recently from here. Both times, they each have gotten an exam and had great customer service. They are extremely patient and helpful. We will definitely recommend them and will be back!
Got me right in the door at my appointment time. Plus, they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Dr. Boyd is great. I'll definitely go back.
