I've worn glasses for 50 years, contacts for 46. I've had a few eye exams. Dr Claudette Galen was AWESOME. Experience + knowledge = Wisdom. Best eye exam I've ever had. Great customer service, all staff were very friendly. AND BEST price on glasses & contacts, with better fit. Found my new eye care home in my new city!
I found that the staff, particularly Brandy, were very knowledgeable and patient. The Doctor that helped us, Dr. Galen, was awesome! We ended up getting the eye exam, plus 2 pairs of glasses for the advertised 69.95 without any issues at all. They are very helpful and not pushy about up-selling. Would highly recommend.
This is a total Bait and Switch con. I called yesterday to find out how much an eye exam for glasses and contacts would cost. I was told $79 including the two pair of glasses that they advertise. Upon checking out, the total was $388. Really? They failed to tell me that the $79 did was only frames...not lenses. No, I did not pay that. They should just be upfront about exactly their "$69 eye exam and two free pair of glasses" actually means.
The eye glass people don't know what they are doing... The Drs were good though..
