I've been going to this location for 3 years and have had a great experience each time. When an issue came up (long story) with billing I called and spoke to Brandi. Brandi was professional and understanding. She took time to research the situation and get back to me. I could tell she was concerned, and cared about my experience. Quick and easy. The doctor was very nice and the staff member Rosa (I think) was very helpful in helping me choose and ordering my glasses!
Dr Claudette was very good. But they didn’t have my trial pair and won’t for 2 weeks. Very disappointed in that for sure. I did join the club because of the discount on the contacts hopefully I went to the Denton store ....
I love the staff. I love the 3 year eye program and it’s already paid off. Love Dr. Claudette, she is the best!
Great reasonably priced cheaper without insurance.
I was not impressed at all , they act like it was to much of a problem to check my insurance for vision coverage. And because my wife and i were both required progressive lens the 69.00 for 2 pair Turned into $560.00 each. So my wife andI being on a fixed income could not begin to afford them. It didn't seem to bother those waiting on us that we were shocked at the cost No help at all to offer us an affordable pair. We were here visiting our son and he referred us , we live in Tennessee. .
The doctor was very nice, she did a good job taking care of us. The customer service not impressed
