Don’t have to worry about our future business.Never have seen such incompetence in all my life.Staff not capable of any form of normalcy after customer requests glasses be mailed to home address.They just simply forget to do so.After about a dozen or so phone calls from the date they were supposed to be mailed they will be delivered seven days later.This is even four days after the item was said to be overnighted !!!!

i recommend nothing. horrible experience when I went in and called.
My only negative comment would be those parents allowing their children to scream, run loose, play with merchandise, with no discipline. My associate and I could not hear each other for crying, etc. I was happy with the selection of eyewear in various price ranges. My glasses were ready in 1 week....even though it was a holiday weekend. Great job America's Best.

Went with my daughter and grandson to pick out frames. We had one of the most patient employee to help us. There was a couple of hitches with their insurance but he got it all straighten out. He apologized several times because it was taking so long. He never seemed rushed. He exemplified true customer service. His name is Dalton. such a nice young man. I would give him 10 stars for Excellent service. r
I have a huge rave! I had my appointment this past Saturday for glasses and contacts...Rośe coached me on how to put and remove contacts in. This morning as I was trying to put the contacts in, one of them ripped, they gave me a replacement and I was on my way. Thank you so much! Y’all are amazing. 💗
