Great customer service at a great price they were able to help me and my mother in one sitting and staff was very friendly plan on continuing services with them in the future
I have never been treated so well at an eye place before. They were able to get me in same day for an appointment. My tech, Debbie, made me laugh and was efficient. My eye Doc explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. I was happy to find out that they have contacts in house that I wouldn't have to order them every time-amazing considering my prescription! Bedside manner is ridiculous. I kept asking the tech questions and repeating that I just received an updated exam 2 days before. She wouldn't stop what she was doing and didn't even try to communicate with me. She told me "all I do I grab the chart and perform these test". I had to ask her 3x and give her a hell of an attitude before she finally got the manager. He came in the exam room, I closed door and told him what I was trying to do. I did say the "f" word.
