This was my first experience with America's Best and I must say I am very impressed. The staff was wonderful and I didn't have to wait long at all. The contact technician, Nikkia Alston was the best!!! She does her job very well and was just so helpful with my contacts!!! By the time I left I was so comfortable and completely satisfied! !! I will totally recommend to everyone I know!!! THANKS NIKKIA!!!!!

Nicole was such a great help when I went to purchase my contacts! She made me feel comfortable and assisted me with picking out the perfect pair of glasses for my job! The manager was very helpful as well!

I went in for my yearly eye exam and had the best experience with Nikkia Alston, she was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Had one of the workers skim money from me for contacts and I even think I saw her put money in her pocket not only did she charged me cash she also charged my boyfriend credit card 94.00 on top of the $140.00 she was given I am never going back someone is going to pay back my money that she out in her pocket I had an horrible experience they have no experience with the public I would rather go elsewhere somewhere where the people comes first and not the money I can't believe after dealing with this company for 4 years this i... read more
