Eye exam was excellent experience, once you return to pick up,I thought my new glasses fitting would be conducted by a experience eye wear Associates, the receptionist gave them to me, plus asked me if I liked them. No adjustments nothing. I thought that was poor service.

Michelle did a wonderful job helping me select my glasses! She explained everything clearly and was very informative. The glasses arrived and I have had no problem with them, either.
Made my appointment weeks prior and everything was going good until I had to check out/pay. I sat there 30 minutes waiting, no, wasting time! When I finally asked who was I waiting on, the young girl was very snotty towards me! I pay for the 3 year plan...so I literally handed the girl $15 (payment for extra service) and walked out! I know the guy ahead of me was high maintenance, but have more people checking patients out PLEASE! I did not appreciate the snotty attitude either!
