Janaf store, Norfolk VA: Won't give me the PD distance from my daughter's exam, unless I buy glasses there. I paid for the exam, and no where on their documentation does it say that you will get it only when you make a purchase there, so why can't I have it? Especially because I WAS going to buy her glasses there, except they wouldn't honor the prices advertised in the store.
