This place sucks. 2nd time here and bad experiences both times. I had a 3:45 appointment, arrived at 3:35. By 4:30 I was still sitting there waiting. The “doctor” took someone else back at my appointment time, likely because she had already been waiting an absurd amount of time as well. After she finished with that person about 20 minutes later she went into a employee break room and something and I didn’t see her again. Best experience I ever got
The location at Janaf Shopping Center in Norfolk, Va is a total joke. I have bought glasses from this store in the past without a problem. Today the receptionist shuffled me off on a woman who had no idea what she was doing. She speaks with a very heavy accent and so low I could not hear a word she said. I knew exactly what I wanted but she didn't seen to understand that I knew what I wanted. Finally. frustrated after way too long I just had to tell her I don't want anything.
