I went to the Janaf store in Norfolk. I seen Julie Rybarczyk. She was amazing! She took her time and really helped me! And after I had Diamond she let me take my time to pick out glasses and was so helpful when it was time to pay. Everyone in there was super nice and not rude at all!! I'll deff be going back!
Worst Americans best i have ever been to! I was told that I needed an appointment, and that they were booked for 2 weeks... I show up for my appointment, and of course they fit in others so I have to wait
I was under the impression that 2 pair of glasses were 69.95 on the commercial it never said the lenses where purchased separately. I was completely caught by surprise to have had paid 69.95 for the glasses an a additional 69.95 for the lenses so eventually I ended paying 150.00+
It was good got eye exam and contacts that same day and staff was nice and informational
Every store I went to all the staff have been super rude as if they hated their life. Poor customer service and sometimes it seems like they don't know what they're doing and just don't want to be there. Especially the one in Norfolk and Virginia Beach.
we picked up my sons new glasses yesterday. The one nose piece already fell off and he was complaining of his eye hurting. Well, we just found the tiny screw.....in the corner of his eye. It's a good thing they are closed today.
Jamar location, Norfolk VA. I always make an appointment but yet I'm never seen on time or even close to my appointment time. Had an appointment today at 5pm, sitting here still waiting to be seen and it's after 6pm. Watched several "walk ins" taken ahead of me, even though when I called several days ago I was told they were completely booked and 5pm was all they had available. Needless to say I won't be coming back.
