Doctor great. Customer services stink, slow As can be
Awesome staff and service. Broke my frames late on Saturday and found my last pair was list during relocation. Most places are closed period on Sat and the ones open are gone by 500pm. Walked in, found a set of cheap frames that fit my lenses, and fitted them on the spot. Thanks a million folks! Made my workday a whole lot better Sunday
I always have a great experience. Very nice selection to chose from, friendly and professional workers as well as inexpensive
Good place. First time at a eye doctor and I didn't freak out over anything. Cheap enough. Also I don't have vision thru my work so I had no insurance.
I'll be honest and say I was disappointed in the wait time. I feel that they over book this location and the staff you interact with at the end have to deal with the frustration. Also, the lady that did the initial check prior to the doctor visit failed to disinfect the equipment.
Long wait time but many choices on frames! Staff was friendly . I've been going there for years.
Andy Jay was the tech who assisted me at the end of my visit he was truly amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I'll definitely be coming back due to the great service I received.
They lost my prescription then argued with me about it. When I went home and got the paper copy they said it was expired although it was clearly marked 2017! They are ignorant and unprofessional.
