The online scheduling and eye doctor was great. The clerk started running off cost like I walked in with an ATM. I ask here three times to explain the additional. I odered two pair online $134 how are you know at $402. Pissssssssed!
I think the 2 pair of eyeglasses marketing ploy is full of SITS!!! I can only ware 1 pair of eyeglasses at a time, they don't accept my insurance, the anti-glare is complete bull crap and started to peel after one year of ownership glasses are poor quality. Just stay away they're the worst!!! Nice employees though!
I was a walk in and they squeezed me in after only 10 minutes. Got an exam and glasses picked out in only 35 minutes. They even gave me a pair of trial contacts to try over the weekend.
DO NOT GO. You get what you pay for. Vision exam was like a factory assembly line. The vision exam was the quickest and least comprehensive exam I've ever had. The optometrist didn't even dilate my pupils, which is standard. They upsell extra tests but never explain those results. I think I read 2 linesof letters and he tried 2 lenses. The glasses are very chintsy. The promotion is for basic plastic lenses, which you won't want. Anything else will quickly up your price. I will never go here again & d not recommend it. I just left there. I'm trying to call 1800 number no answer. The worst. He didn't even do an exam. Just prescription. Did. OT look behind my eyes or let me read lines. He rushed me out of there. So then it's glasses time.... I didn't want to be scammed any further. I just paid my 45 dollar fee for an exam I didn't have. Horrible service - called the 800 number and was treated the same. Horrible experience - will never spend another dime for this kind of treatment.
Broke glasses. Went in for repair. Waited 45 minutes. No help.
Great experience! Dr. and entire staff extremely efficient, thorough, friendly, polite, and attentive. Got my contacts super fast. Best prices around. Couldn't be happier!
