Some staff members are rude. Never again will I go back to this location. I will go out of my way to go to the papillion location. �

I had the most amazing experience. I not only got two pair of glasses for what I was about to pay for one at walmart. I also got all the little extras with them. Do to the AMAZING customers service of Johnny Brown, I was only in their at the most 20 min. He truly made this an easy, awesome and wonderful experience. Thank you Johnny Brown. And America's Best. Always treated professionally and very helpful friendly staff I enjoy browsing and trying on an assortment of frames. They deserve a 10+
Couldn't have been more excited to make a last minute appointment on the last Saturday of the year. A very pleasant experience with a thorough testing completed quickly before picking out my glasses from a large selection at very reasonable prices. The best experience was the price I paid was 1/3 of what I paid 2 years ago at a different company. Now excited to pick them up in 10 days!!!!
Very quick eye exam, called back right away. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I have to say though , Denise was amazing! She helped me pick out my glasses. She worked with me trying on several pairs to find ones that I liked , looked decent on me, and were within what I wanted to spend. She's very knowledgeable and good at her job. I've never had someone be so helpful while picking out glasses. Thank you!
