TINA is the absolute best help! Every experience is personable & she is always willing to answer my questions with a smile on her face. The fella with the glasses is EQUALLY amazing, only downside is he doesn’t remember my name 😜 I will never go to a different America’s best as long as these two are still at the Council Bluffs location- I promise!

The friendliness and very knowledgeable staff is amazing. I was happily greeted at the door by Johnnie Brown who walked me through all the steps to eye exam and picking out my frames which was very fun i might add trying on the crazy frames also to explaining all options to make my eyeglass experience a positive one. When my children and I arrived for our appointment, the store was packed. We did not wait long for our exams, and the same was true for ordering our glasses and contacts. Johnny made our experience very pleasant. He was knowledgeable, and had a great attitude. I could see that this whole team worked well together. Good job guys!! We will continue to come back for all of our eye care! Thank you!!
Great service, great prices, an all around great experience!!!
I bought a bebe frame which had rhinestones. I paid insurance on them so when one stone fell out a couple months later, they replaced it for $25. A few months later, same thing happened. I called to replace the frame and was told I had to pay $179 because it is a one time replacement. Unfortunate, out of all the frames I’ve ever had this is my favorite. I will not be going back. Call me less then 48hrs before my daughters appointment to tell me they don't take kids under 7.
Dr. Fong is awesome! I’ve worn glasses over 40 years and learned things I didn’t know about my eyes from her!!! The staff who help choosing frames are so helpful too!
